Argo Consulting was founded in 2020, based on a fundamental idea: companies no longer compete with a product or service, they compete to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. And this is only achieved by transforming the supply chain, the key factor in any company’s operation.

Daniel Vargas
Partner
Daniel, passionate about supply chain, in which he has worked for the last 18 years, is co-founder of Argo Consulting. Daniel has held positions of Purchasing and Logistics Management, as well as leadership positions in Supply Chain and Procurement solutions in global consulting and national firms.
His experience in Supply Chain and Shared Service Centers includes multiple projects of analysis, design and implementation of solutions in supply chain and procurement at Colombia and Latin America.
Daniel believes in the shared development of companies through innovation and technology, so he founded Argo to implement technology solutions that leverage the operating model of the supply chain.
Daniel is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) and Master in Administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from Universidad de los Andes.
César Delgado
Partner
César is co-founder of Argo Consulting S.A.S. César led and executed Supply Chain consulting projects in two “Big Four” firms for 10 years, and before thet, he worked in two manufacturing companies leading supply chain improvement projects.
César has experience in the analysis, design and implementation of recommendations to solve complex challenges throughout the supply chain (Planning, sourcing, production and operations, distribution), its processes, organization and technology. César's most relevant experience in projects includes: Supply Chain Transformation, Procurement Process Transformation, eProcurement / eSourcing Implementation, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
César is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Javeriana and has a Master's Degree in Production Management. He also writes thriller books.
